Yak Thai products offer the real taste of Thailand.

To make this possible, we use no additives or thickeners, nor do we sterilize our products at 130°C. Our products don't have to endure weeks of sea travel; we produce them fresh here in Bavaria.

IMPORTANT: Therefore, we ask you to keep the products in the refrigerator after opening. Please also cover the curry pastes with a little neutral oil (e.g., rapeseed or sunflower oil). You're probably familiar with this procedure from
Pesto.

Did you know...

"Nam Jim" (น้ำจิ้ม) literally means Dip Sauce and "Gai" (ไก่) means Chicken.
👉 So the sauce actually just means: “Dip Sauce for Chicken.”
Nam Jim Gai has been served in traditional markets for decades – mostly fresh, not industrially produced.
👉 Many vendors have secret family recipes passed down through generations.
The sauce is based on the four Thai principles:
Spicy – Sour – Sweet – Salty
👉 The characteristic garlic-chili kick makes it unmistakable.

Although it's called "for chicken":
In Thailand, many also dip grilled pork, fish, shrimp, sticky rice, or spring rolls into it.
👉 A true all-rounder!
