Dried Mango Strips – Lightly Sweetened
Sun-yellow, juicy and chewy, with the intense sweetness of one of Thailand's most popular fruits.
Our mango strips are made from ripe Thai mangoes and are gently dried, preserving their vibrant color and full flavor. A light sugaring rounds off the natural fruit acidity, making the strips pleasantly mild.
Taste Experience: Intensely fruity-sweet with a delicate acidic note on the finish, pleasantly soft-chewy in texture – distinctly more aromatic than fresh mango, as the flavor is concentrated during drying.

Good to Know
For dried mango in Thailand, the Kaew Kamin variety is mostly used – one of Asia's most aromatic mango varieties. In Thai, Kaew (or Kaeo) means "glass" or "jewel," while Kamin is the word for "turmeric." The name thus refers to the bright yellow interior of the fruit, reminiscent of turmeric. Incidentally, about 5–6 kg of fresh fruit are needed for 1 kg of dried mango, which explains the intensely concentrated flavor.
