Yak Thai products offer the real taste of Thailand.
To make this possible, we use no additives or thickeners, nor do we sterilize our products at 130°C. Our products don't have to endure weeks of sea travel; we produce them fresh here in Bavaria.
IMPORTANT: Therefore, we ask you to keep the products in the refrigerator after opening. Please also cover the curry pastes with a little neutral oil (e.g., rapeseed or sunflower oil). You're probably familiar with this procedure from

The Pad Thai Sauce is an indispensable mixture of tamarind, fish sauce, cane sugar, coconut sugar, coriander root, chili, red onions and shrimp, which is used in Thai cuisine for the famous fried noodle dish. Our sauce gives Pad Thai its distinctive flavor and is an absolute must for anyone who loves authentic Thai flavors.
- Tamarind: Tamarind gives it a pleasant acidity. The liquid, brown tamarind paste from Thailand is ideal for Pad Thai sauce.
- Cane sugar & Coconut sugar: The sweet taste of the sugar rounds off the sauce.
- Fish sauce: The fish sauce provides the salty and spicy note. Don't worry, the fishy taste disappears when cooked.
- Coriander root: Gives the sauce incredible depth and flavor. The taste of coriander root is not comparable to the leaves, so don't worry, it doesn't taste like "soap" :-)
- Chilies: The chilies give the sauce a very slight spiciness, which even less experienced chili lovers can easily eat

Pad Thai sauce is incredibly versatile and suitable for a variety of dishes. Here are some ways you can use it:
Pad Thai: Of course, the sauce is perfect for the classic Pad Thai dish. It gives the fried rice noodles, shrimp, chicken or tofu their characteristic sweet and sour taste.
Marinade: You can use Pad Thai sauce as a marinade for meat, fish or tofu. It gives grilled food a delicious, spicy note.
Stir-Fry: Use the sauce in other stir-fries. It goes perfectly with vegetables, rice noodles or glass noodles and provides an authentic Thai taste.
Dipping sauce: Pad Thai sauce can also serve as a dip for spring rolls, vegetables or grilled meat. Simply add some peanut butter for a creamy consistency.
