The Colonel – Hot Sauce with Habanero, Carolina Reaper, and a Fine Hint of Hops
The only hot sauce in our range with an unusual twist: cooked with hop pellets for a subtle hoppy-fruity finish.
The Colonel is a unique hot sauce: Red Habaneros, Thai Chinda and Chi-Fa chillies meet a small addition of hop pellets. The result is a subtly fruity flavour with a heat that is challenging but by no means unbearable.
Taste experience: Fruity-spicy with a fine, malty hop note on the finish (heat level 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ out of 5) – a flavour profile unique to The Colonel among our hot sauces.
Content: 100 ml

Yak Thai products offer the real taste of Thailand.
To make this possible, we use no additives or thickeners, nor do we sterilize our products at 130°C. Our products don't have to endure weeks of sea travel; we produce them fresh here in Bavaria.
IMPORTANT: Therefore, we ask you to keep the products in the refrigerator after opening. Please also cover the curry pastes with a little neutral oil (e.g., rapeseed or sunflower oil). You're probably familiar with this procedure from
Pesto.
