Spicy & slightly hot – typically Thai
Moo Yor Chili brings just the right amount of Thai spiciness. Finely balanced, pleasantly piquant, and perfectly embedded in the juicy texture of classic Moo Yor. Not overwhelming, but well-rounded and aromatic – just as you know it from Thailand.
This variant is ideal for anyone who prefers things spicier and wants to add an authentic chili kick to their dishes.
Characteristics
- Traditional Moo Yor made from pork
- Refined with chili
- Pleasantly piquant, not too hot
- Typically Thai flavor
- Handcrafted in Bavaria
- Pork from Bavaria
Serving suggestions
- Cold in slices with sweet chili sauce
- Pan-fried as a street food snack
- In rice or noodle dishes
For all who want to not only taste but also feel Thailand.
