Dried Organic Jackfruit – Natural from Sri Lanka
Sweet like banana, aromatic like pineapple – the world's largest tree fruit, naturally dried.
Our organic jackfruit comes from certified organic farming in Sri Lanka and is dried completely naturally – with no added sugar and no sulphites. What remains is the pure, intensely sweet fruit with its unmistakable, slightly exotic aroma.
Note on origin: Unlike our other Kanom-Thai products, this jackfruit does not come from Thailand, but from certified organic farming in Sri Lanka – the country of origin of this fruit.
Taste experience: Naturally sweet with aromas of banana, mango and a hint of pineapple, pleasantly chewy-fruity in texture. Since no sugar is added, you taste only the fruit itself.

Good to know
Jackfruit, weighing up to 50 kg, is the largest tree-growing fruit in the world. Ripe and dried, it tastes unmistakably sweet and fruity – quite different from unripe, green jackfruit from a can, which is often used as a vegan meat substitute due to its fibrous texture. Rich in fiber, potassium and calcium, it is also considered one of the most nutritious dried fruit alternatives available.
