Yak Thai at Plaza Culinaria: A complete success

Plaza Culinaria is one of the largest culinary trade fairs in Germany. This year, it took place in Freiburg from November 10th to 12th. We at Yak Thai were there as exhibitors for the first time and were more than satisfied with the results.
Clear success
The Plaza Culinaria is a crowd-puller. This year, around 32,000 visitors came from across the border triangle. We were absolutely thrilled with the response to our products. Quality seems to be the key :-)
Cool atmosphere
The organizer's "market stall" concept was a complete success. The darkened exhibition hall, combined with the many small, illuminated stands, already had a Christmas market feel to it.
Top organization
The organization of Plaza Culinaria was simply fantastic. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The organizer's staff were friendly, helpful, and never in a bad mood.
Conclusion
We can wholeheartedly recommend Plaza Culinaria. The trade fair offers a fantastic platform for companies from the hospitality and food industries to showcase their products and attract new customers.
