SHIPPING CONDITIONS

SHIPPING: Mostly reliable and secure :-)

We ship refrigerated goods on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We ship all other products daily except Saturdays. We use DHL as our shipping provider, which is the most expensive for us but the safest for you.

Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Pickup is available by appointment.

COOL PACKAGING: For safe shipping, we send your refrigerated goods in insulated easy2cool paper floc packaging.

Our high-quality easy2cool paper floc shipping systems ensure optimal insulation and low thermal conductivity during transport. This means that refrigerated goods arrive perfectly chilled, even at high temperatures.

COSTS: Transparent and fair.

We charge €6.90 for packaging and shipping, and €4 extra for refrigerated items. We offer free shipping for orders over €85.
