Our sausage specialty, handcrafted in Germany using the finest ingredients, brings the taste of Moo Yoo (มูยอ) to your plate—freshly sliced and ready for authentic Thai delicacies!
In Thailand, the sausage is sliced and used as the main ingredient in the Thai salad Yam Moo Yoo (Thai). You can find the perfect recipe on our recipe page. A must in Thai cuisine.
