Business Closure & Shipping in November

In short: We will be closed for our annual break from November 5 to November 22, 2026, inclusive. Our shop will remain open – you can place orders as usual. We will ship all orders from Monday, November 23, 2026.

When will my order arrive?

Everything you order by November 22 will be shipped from November 23. With our shipping provider, your package will usually arrive within one to two business days – so usually before the first Advent (November 29).

We will ship refrigerated goods (e.g. our Thai sausages) at the beginning of the week as usual, so they are not in transit over the weekend. These will also be shipped from November 23 – fresh in refrigerated packaging.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, as always.

For every order placed during our break, we will include a small thank-you gift in your package:

For orders of €39 or more: one free curry paste
For orders of €79 or more: one free sauce and one free curry paste

You don't need to do anything else – no code, nothing to add to your cart. We will select the gifts for you and simply include them. The qualifying amount is the value of the goods after discounts, excluding shipping costs. Valid for orders placed up to and including November 22, 2026, while supplies last.
